No clue how long it takes to double bandwidth or if a bot does it, so just asking again since its been 24hrs. Did have super lightning fast support reply when my solusvm password wouldn't work (my error, copy paste was picking up the space at the end of the password in the email, never noticed)

Hi @shanna -- just to chime in on this concern, double bandwidth requests are all manually reviewed/handled by me personally (no bots or auto-scripts doing this). With the recent Black Friday surge, there’s quite a bit of requests, which is totally normal for this time of year.
I’ll be working through these as time allows, and rest assured there’s absolutely no rush or "911 emergency" on this. Double bandwidth is a quick update on our end once applied, zero downtime, no reboot, nothing required from you, and it doesn’t impact your ability to keep using your VPS in the meantime.
In short: you’re good, you can continue using your service normally while waiting, and once I get to yours it’ll be seamless
