I think it was monday, we got like 8hrs of rain followed by like half an inch of snow so everything was icey. Roads got all cleared up after that (plow/salt and a little sun) and grass/etc was really spotty for snow and ice. We started getting snow late last night/early morning, probably like an inch or two right now. Supposed to continue to snow until sometime tomorrow. Guess the forecast says 2-4 and I think we're already to the 2 so it will end up being 3+ once it's over. Though the nice thing is so far it's the powered snow, glad it's not that super wet/heavy stuff. I was able to just sweep the snow away earlier.

yeah same here just lake effect makes a little more. otherwise i also swept it up at first, i mostly use broom all winter, it's very stealthy compared to the plastic or aluminium shovel, so i can do it any time at night and such.. in case i cannot properly sweep, i use broom to push snow to the side, like shovel pretty much just no shoveling, only pushing. ruins the broom. my wife got too many.. it's first snow, so a lot of it melted, but with cold air it may create problematic scenarios..
"basically" leaves a bit wiggle room for a few Pakistanis, i am sure..
