Apple iOS as in the iPhone OS? Not possible. Apple are very strict that it only runs on iPhones and iPads etc.
OR the Cisco IOS that runs their routers? Probably still not possible but I'm sure some crazy person can make it happen.
How about mac OS ??
It can only run on Apple hardware.
In the Black Friday promotion posts, I noticed some vendors selling M1 servers. Perhaps you ought to get hold of one and give it a try.

Macos and Android can run on Virtual Machine
Apple is also very strict about blocking VMs, but there are some companies that will rent a real Mac to you, as a dedicated server, not a VPS. There was a $13/month Black Friday deal so you should expect to pay more than that.
You can also buy a Mac and use it at home.
You could try hackintosh or something like https://github.com/kholia/OSX-KVM
Not sure if it would work without real gpu though
It should be noted that the prerequisite here is that PVE utilises a static network (the test environment is a VPS, with PVE installation performed entirely via script before).
I think it will work . I will look into this ......

It's not possible.
I am trying to find the best method . I think i can do this in PVE .........
Nope, LOL
Best method is to go to your Apple store, and buy a new Mac. Whatever is the cheapest they have. Or even cheaper, look on eBay for a used one. Apple doesn't really do VPSes.
What do you want one for?
And this https://docs.darwinkvm.com/
I'm on a brand new mba yet I'm still very interested haha
Its possible for example see Corellium but very few public research exists.
I have a macOS VM running here locally; yes, Apple is very strict on hardware, but they also used Intel hardware (I believe it was of the Haswell family) that can be emulated in KVM. Also, there are some things like UEFI that you have to use. All these things you have to know before you get the VPS. Also if I remember correctly to be able to install stuff you need to have an original Apple device (I have an old iPhone for this).
It's been a couple of years ago since I've done it - and am using it only locally through the noVNC console, so I don't know what the options are for "really" remote usage. Also, performance is really "meh", but I only use it to compile app code that I develop on my PC, so it's not that much of an issue for me.
Basically: yes, it's possible, but all depends on your use case if you want to go that route. There are some step-by-steps available, you have to search for them yourself though, because I don't have them in my bookmarks anymore.

No one believed that it could be possible. Really, thanks bro. Respect from the heart
seems like you think macos and ios are the same thing ... they're not ... you asked for ios, but you want macos ... man, the ai bots are getting soft
it's impossible
He already mentioned "how about MacOS" - that's why I reacted with my personal experience with MacOS on a VM.
We bought a refurbished iPhone.
It runs smoother than any simulated iOS.
Nevertheless, simulating iOS is possible on Mac hardware.
If you want to do it in scale, get the Mac Pro and you can simulate many instances.
For live and automated testing for websites and apps, it's easier to sign up for SauceLabs.
They provide virtual and real mobile devices running various iOS and Android versions, so that you don't have maintain the infrastructure.
