Storage VPS for Immich (outdo 6 GB RAM & 4 TB disk for $67/yr)

Hello LET, I haven't been here much lately but hope to be back more often next year.
My family takes a lot of photos when we travel. Immich reached stable recently and I am looking at setting up a VPS server to host Immich for us to dump all our photos in one spot, rather than loosely store our photo files all over our PCs.
Of course, the first step is to look at my idling VPSes and see if something I already have can work. Currently I crafted a plan to concot these two VPSes together:
HostHatch (Amsterdam): 3 vCPU Milan, 6 GB RAM, 60 GB NVMe, $22/yr (from the last flash sale)
Host-C (Romania): 2 vCPU Intel Gold, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe, 4 TB HDD, $45/yr
I plan to use Wireguard or Tailscale to mount the HDD from Host-C onto the HostHatch compute and host the Immich photo and video files on Host-C while hosting the database and docker containers on the HostHatch instance. However, it's admittedly a clumsy setup since it uses two VPSes far apart from each other, so there is some latency hit.
Since Black Friday deals are dropping right now, I want to ask if any providers have available unused capacity on their nodes that can offer something like the following:
3-4 vCPU (Intel Gold or better)
6-8 GB RAM
60+ GB NVMe
4 TB HDD (or 2 TB for a lower price)
that can match or beat the above, or if I should stop looking around and stick to the above plan. Admittedly I haven't seen too many plans that are Immich-compatible (namely due to low RAM and NVMe disk), and those that are come with a hefty price tag with low (1-2 TB) storage space.
Immich comes with a ML container so I do not want a VPS that strictly enforces CPU AUP limits, so unfortunately this means no Greencloud.
I know I might be asking for a unicorn VPS, in which case I will proceed with the above dual VPS configuration. Even if I choose not to order a new VPS, maybe someone else who is looking to build their own Immich instance can benefit from any offers that are made here.

Just saying that immich stores your photos unencrypted.
Both RAM and SSD are expensive right now so I don't think you'll find better plans this BF. In fact the plans HostHatch offered this time is slightly worse than their previous one
