nawh, even if resources given were zero, and no actual service to deliver. You make one support ticket we already take a loss. Skilled stuff in Finland costs minimum 53€/Hour just to be present, focused hour more like 100€/hour. Minímum ticket resolution time with years of experience is still something like 3-5minutes (unless you skim and boilerplate with guesstimate from first few words ... with insane error rate ).
From that 6€ trx fees alone are in the 2 digits of percentage and might not start with 1 ...
just goto the invoice and pay it. no need to order twice.
