Well, we have chatted for long on the other threads. Never occurred to me as a gambling man. I dunno what's wrong and I don't think he'd make purchases indiscriminately.
    Wonder what's wrong.

  • @TrK don't get me wrong, but everything can be overcome. at my worst, i was $38k in debt. i found my thing and currently only use credit cards for points, carrying average debt of zero. life has a way about it..

You are right. Even I remember Dustin partying with us, from time to time. But, this time around, I guess Dustin has a lot of his plate - yangyang's orders alone
I hope he is able to party with us like usual.

    But yes:-

thanks. for nearly 12 years i was just paying minimum payments on all my credit cards and by the end added car payments (sometimes asking sister to cover the latter, car was mine but purchased in her name, with her perfect credit).. as soon as there was a few hundos available on credit - i'd spend it.. needed to.. but first thing i did when money started piling up - pay everything off. some people do that, others declare bankruptcy, there are ways to consolidate debt or get rid of it in part... $7k is not a big problem at all.

If you don't mind, can you share how you actually got out of that. This is a subject I have been recently concerned about as well. Have been seeing multiple Reddit posts from Indian guys who lost huge amounts of money on stock trading and were asking for financial tips. I mean their debts were 4 or 5 times higher than TrK's.

i found my thing online and started doing it, i mean, that's all there is. earned money and instead of spending it on shit, i paid off my debt. now worst case i have $33k of credit cards to use.. it's not like reinventing the wheel.. then i invested some of the money i made, with most invested at end of 2020, start of 2021, when markets peaked, then i LOST HALF OF MY INVESTMENT, but waited until now and my initial doubled by now..but that is nest egg for the future.. thanks in big part to nvidia skyrocketing.. now i am making enough to survive, cause my business niche is a dog-eat-dog space, to be honest... but still doing good enough, kinda.. wouldn't be here if i was rich.

i mean, i been doing my thing online since 2012, and first money came in 2018. it's a long freaking process.. just gotta stick to it.. all that time i did hard labor, carrying 100s of heavy boxes every day. coming home and researching, looking, blogging, reading, writing, etc..
