Just a silly question:
In your ToS you mention all proxies are forbidden, but you do not say anything about VPNs. Why are proxies forbidden and VPNs allowed?

We have had abuse complaints with Proxies, that's the only reason. VPN's as long as they are not public, we have no issues with.
