How long should I wait for the provisioning ticket to appear? I don't want to be impatient as I know there's lots going on but I did kind of want to review/submit the details since I'm guessing it will take a couple of days after that's done. I did pay the invoice (see that in the history) and even reload my account balance so I'm ready
P.S. Again, I want to stress I'm not being impatient for it to be live! Just a little impatient to submit the details

Same question. Should provisioning tickets be automatic/quick? Just wondering if something's not behaving or we just need to wait a while for an actual person to get around to creating one.
My position reset due to mobile browsers not keeping the page open frequently enough for your system, so I guess I give up.
They are automatic, and they're usually nearly instant. There was something jamming them up, but theres a bit of a backlog for it to now chew through.

stayed up since 3-4 just to see if I could get it. Sun is up.
3 hours in line, an hour stuck at 5th in line. zero progress. I'm gonna sleep.

It's still cycling through sessions, there's only one left so it's slow going now. Each person has 5 minutes when it's their turn. Will probably fine tune this further for the next event.

Not yet, I can see the system is still catching up on jobs. It's about halfway through.

Is it normal to take a while before the VPS is provisioned? Fully paid almost instantly, been a while and no emails, nothing in the dashboard except invoice paid.
