    It has to match, hard requirement for us. We don't need any other client details, so the client account country + the country of the payment method are the only things we can look at to decide if we have to apply VAT or not.

    Seems like a really good deal! But it was sold out when I tried to check out. Coupon applied initially, but the next screen had it removed. Only quantity of 4, so I hesitated too long on this one.

    PREPARE YOURSELVES

    1. Go to: http://store.steampowered.com/ and download STEAM client
    2. Click "Install Steam" (from the upper right corner)
    3. Install and start application, login with your Account name and Password (create one if you don't have).
    4. Please follow these instructions to activate a new retail purchase on Steam:
