Yes, I’m currently on the BF Starter 100G plan, billed $20 per 3 years, activated a few days ago. I would like to upgrade to the CraneMail Lifetime 250G plan
please give something like 1.5 CPU for budget reseller or 2 CPU with max account (domains) creation limit (Harambe was inclined towards this on discord). Good for resellers like me having handful of accounts.

There’s no discounts or things like that. You can upgrade your current plan at any time and just pay the difference.

I had this same question in my head some time back, found out that it is not put anywhere other than the logs (not a copy of the e-mail, just the transaction info). The "sent mail" is a feature of your e-mail client that copies the item to your sent items folder.
No shopping this year - came here just coz I got the namecrane email about upgrade of my Lifetime plan (bought when it was launched last year).
Kudos folks for remembering & taking care of legacy customers. THANK YOU.
