what does fair use mean in combination with a set limit? can't you set the limit to what one can actually use at this point

If Bero, then it prob 100Mbps fair use after drained or request more bandwidth if need

I just want to know is the CPU Policy same as other

I've hit 100% from time to time without any issues. I generally keep it below 65% most of the time.

Is there any AUP in place? I mean I'm not expecting you allow to utilize 100% of the CPU 24/7 in such offer but I wonder what are your limits?

They are shared cores. On average, you should not exceed 50%. That would be fair use for us. Peaks are of course not a problem, even for several hours.

You have at least 10TB (or the respective limit). However, we do not limit the server directly after that. If you use significantly more traffic, we would contact you first. It is therefore 10TB + fair use overtraffic.

yikes! i kept my limiting script at 60%.

We are already working on additional host systems. We can also migrate servers to new host systems, but we cannot guarantee benchmark values for shared cores.

I faced issues in initial debian tempate (the default one when you buy a package). I could connect ssh but it couldn't complete the apt update, couldn't curl, couldn't do wget.

I reinstalled with debian 13 and everything return to normal.

@berohost said: 10 TB Traffic (fair use)

what does fair use mean in combination with a set limit? can't you set the limit to what one can actually use at this point

You have at least 10TB (or the respective limit). However, we do not limit the server directly after that. If you use significantly more traffic, we would contact you first. It is therefore 10TB + fair use overtraffic.

i think that would be worth explaining in the main post to avoid any confusion
