How much does it cost if I add 12 GB RAM to this plan? @hosthatch

3 vCPU cores * 5.7 GHz Boost (1 dedicated core, 2 shared cores)
    12 GB RAM
    100 GB PCIe Gen5 NVMe
10 TB Bandwidth (5 TB in APAC, 2 TB in SEL)
$129 per year, $255 for two years
(double storage and bandwidth when paid for 2 years)

You can stack two of these for double the cost. There is no other way to add 12GB RAM to it.

It's a marketing term that does not really mean anything special.

  • Hosthatch is premium bandwidth tho. Lot of low end hosts single home on cogent/HE. HH has a decent mix in all its locations I have tried.

Those are the bandwidth limits for each location.

    Either way GLWS

  • finally I can order it!

  • Current VPS Specs & Pricing:
    CPU: 4 cores (1 dedicated, 3 fairly shared) | ROME/MILAN platform
    Memory: 8 GB RAM
    Storage: 100 GB NVMe
Bandwidth: 8 TB premium (3 TB usable in Seoul)
    Pricing: $60/year or $170/3 years
    3-Year Renewal Benefits:
    2X RAM and Storage
2X Bandwidth (for Hong Kong and Tokyo locations)
My Question: Since I purchased the one-year plan in May 2025, can I renew it for 3 years in advance and simultaneously receive the advertised upgrade (2X RAM/Storage, etc.) now?

Older threads should have plenty of them, they will likely be in the same range.

Thank you! Checking the 14 years in business thread right now!

Will the 2 years offer for the 24GB plan be available in this sale ?

  • GLWS <3

  • @hosthatch Is there a way to disable auto-renewal if I have got a credit on my account?

  • @hosthatch Any chance to include some Oslo deals?
I don't think I've seen any as part of your promos since BF 2021.

  • CPU/Disk/RAM/Bw
After the merge, will everything x2 up?

No. You need to purchase a new one and migrate yourself

  • I have a 2TB Apac storage vps last year, but the box just hanged when rsync with checksum (~300GB, unfinished), still hanged even with 50% cpulimit hack, can't remember it's 1 or 2 vcore
    sudo cpulimit --limit 50 -P /usr/bin/rsync rsync -aHAXSxvhP --checksum --delete --numeric-ids --progress --bwlimit=70000 -e 'ssh -p 22 ...
It worked fine for first few times (ran 1-2/month)

  • Anyone with an existing Storage VM running Proxmox Backup Server?

This isn't a support thread. You should raise a ticket if you've got a problem..
