Absolutely - as long as you are comfortable waiting. The reason we do not offer pre-orders for Sydney yet is that we do not have a firm timeline, and I do not want to set expectations that we cannot confidently meet.

I purchased a 1TB HDD Block Storage. If I want to upgrade it to 2TB, can I open a support ticket to generate an invoice for the difference, or do I need to cancel the current one for a refund and buy the 2TB product from scratch?

i hope it's possible to configure lifecycle rules for the s3 compatible storage, since the storage sizes have an upper limit, it would make sense for example to be able to delete files older than 90 days or other rules to keep the storage size under the amount bought
