All our prices are excluding VAT. If you live in Europe your local VAT tax rate will apply. Companies within the EU that can provide a valid VAT number will get a 0% VAT invoice after approval. Customers outside the EU don't have to pay any VAT.

Yes! The bandwidth counter for your VPS will be reset on the first day of each new calendar month.

Q: The assigned ip is blocked in my country, can you replace it?
It is possible up to three times for free, after that it is 5,- per ip replacement. During Black Friday it is extremely busy and these requests are only handled as low priority during business hours (CEST 9:00 to 17:00).

Yes, the VPS's are single drive. The NVMe drive in the plans are for caching purposes and cannot be used within the OS.
Reseller 2 has 4Cores 4GBs of ram and 50GB of NVMe storage. We don't use litespeed our plans are all apache_nginix (httpd).
