im thinking about the 2TB storagebox. do i understand it right, that i can one-click install Nextcloud with Softacolous? is the nextcloud installed via Softacolous the same as the nextcloud hetzner provides or are there any downsides?

It'll take a few clicks, as you have to click through the menus ;-) But yea, it is easily setup through Softaculous.

How can I install Nextcloud vis Softaculous? It's not listed in my account under Softacolous App Installer

PHP Memory should be configurable to 4 GB. Probably a oversight on my part for the new node and should be adjusted within 24 hours.

  • Looking HARD for the restock of EPYC (if possibel)

  • @labze Are you restocking the EPYCs? If not, is there perhaps any possibility to get some bonus when getting one of the Threadrippers? Would really like a VPS with fast transfer to my existing DA :)

  • labzelabze Member, Patron Provider

Should be a restock after I've gotten some sleep.

I tried bbr and several tuning, a bit better.

    user bbr and tune

First, I thought because most people did yabs at same time.

I tried bbr and several tuning, a bit better.
But for Singapore not that good. I have submitted a ticket for this.

    Threadripper or EPYC?

Got a Threadripper. I needed the smallest one + 1TB. I see it's gone now... until next restock I guess

Germany reseller 1tb not taking the coupon, while usa reseller storage box is showing 36$ after discount.
Also, price for shared & reseller has a huge price difference for same storage capacity.

Seems like the error was just for the 1 TB Package.

Reseller packages are more expensive due to the ability to create more users that all have the same LVE limits. It provides overall much more resources.

Yes its just with 1 tb & still not fixed.

  • Do the DirectAdmin Storage Boxes have root access? Are we able to put our own OS on it? Thanks

  • Will the DA Storage Boxes work for my use case of backing up from iDrive e2? Planning to do this nightly, in a way where only the diffs are synced.
