I need a VPS or a dedicated server for school learning

Hi my name is Siam i am one student from NTI and my class needs to work with OpenCV in our own docker container that we host on a pterodactyl panel for the class. ( Ai course ) grade 2 in Sweden.
Becuse our school does not provide us good enough computers so we gets like 100 errors...
We are 20 persons in our class and we kindly ask for som good deal on a good vps or a dedicated server for me to do it alot more fun and time saving for us, i using my own private vps that i have right know unfortunately. Its cost my around 6€ so its kinda cheap...
So if some company with servers can help the class, it would be to good to be true😇

What do you need?
CPU Cores, GPU? RAM?
I think like 32gb ram and 12 cores and i dont think we need a gpu and around maybe 150-300gb disk
I think a cheap OVH dedicated server will do.
