    As an ex-customer of Naranjatech, their network is still having micro stutters as they use @LiteServer, nothing is acknowledged, nothing is fixed.

    By accident I cancelled my server immediately (instead of end of payment period), this is my fault fully, and I had 24 hours to create a ticket. Because it was weekend, no one checked the tickets for 48 hours, and server got deleted. But they were nice enough to create me new one.

    Long story short, cancelled all my 4 servers and not recommending them.

    I'd assume customers reported the issues via ticket, no need to visit LET to be aware of issues in your infrastructure.

    We don't provide the routes from these locations! Why is France, Paris from online.net so bad nut from Netactuate not! Most location that are bad are South America and some in North America! In Europe it's related to online.net!

    Put ping monitoring on your server at hetrix for all regions, and see how much daily ping time out you get for 1 minute duration.

    I don't have this issue since few months. Probe interval 30s. (Edit: Not monitoring for all regions)

    But I can confirm that there have been fairly recurring network problems at some point during the year. Packet losses

    Renewed my services though, had great experience with them since years now considering the price

    It was 6 months ago when I raised the ticket. I took it as a loss and let it expire because I didn't want to transfer it to someone else and let them suffer. Suport team always blamed the template so I had no options left.

    It was a 4 core Genoa server at ~35 euro.

    What did you solve? The issue come at random, you need to monitor the network yourself to find out.

    I ran into these issues 2 years ago I think, and I let the VPS expire, but this deal is good and I was interested again. I honestly forgot about the network issues, glad I rechecked comments.

    Edit: Reading through the comments again, it looks like they fixed the issue!
