But normally you anyway dont need many IPv4's nowadays if you dont want to do something close to fishy

Unfortunately, if we buy IPs its ~ 30 EUR / IP.
So you can either give us 30 EUR / IP as a one time setup or the 2-3 EUR / month if you want to rent them.

thats HP enterprise hardware with remote management starting for 19,90 EUR / month, unfortunately we can not go lower. I dont remember if there is any discount if you prepay in advance, so you might be able to get it even cheaper ( after you let it run some months to checkout if you like it ).
Please dont forget the limited amount of available OS's or you install it yourself ( i think only UEFI compatible stuff ).
