We note that you recently topped up your wallet with a $100 credit bonus, why did you do that if your account/service has been banned or our service is bad as you said? We request that you correct your original post to reflect the current, accurate status of your service.

    2. When you submitted your support ticket, our staff confirmed that the VPS was still accessible via ping and VNC. The issue was isolated to your installed panel, not the VPS stability itself. As our VPS plans are unmanaged, troubleshooting internal software/scripts is your responsibility. Our staff also pointed out that your VPS was observed consuming 100% CPU, which is a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) regarding resource abuse.

While we recognize that poor customer behavior is unavoidable, timely termination of service is sometimes necessary to prevent future issues and mitigate potential risks
