I purchased a K4 VPS on October 31st, 2025.
This is the second time in November that I have been unable to connect via SSH, causing my Docker containers to go offline. I had to restart the VPS to resolve the issue.
Please note that I had previously raised a ticket regarding this same problem, but it seems the issue has not yet been resolved.
Starting to regret purchasing.

I have purchased nearly eight VPS and servers from your company, but the service quality has been very unstable. The machines frequently become unresponsive, lose connection, or hang for long periods. This is affecting my work significantly.
Yeah the network appears to be a bit slow in terms of latency in NL. Using it as a VPN but it's loading everything really slow compared to other servers.
Additionally, even though I submitted a ticket requesting higher-level technical support, the responses I received appear to be automated AI replies rather than actual technical assistance. This makes it difficult to resolve the issue properly.
Which type of server did you use? Cost? Asking, because my vpn on @DeluxHost 99% of time give me 100% of my home ISP plan. For now it 250/250 sync.
€1.49/month one in NL.
Network isn't slow download wise, but stuff just loads much and much slower than other VPNs I got configured.
