If we get a storage server with 4 hard drives, are we responsible for our own RAID management? What happens if one of the drives fails? Just wondering about backups and redundancy.
I've only used virtual servers with virtual drives managed by the hypervisor and hosting company.
Yes you would be responsible for monitoring the hardware. We provide full hardware support/replacement if anything fails - but you would need to notify us.
