OVPN.com and windscribe both offer static ips.

i like mulvad
hide.me offers static ips if you download wireguard configs of their website.

Unless something has changed, Mullvad intentionally does not provide static/dedicated IPs as a service offering.
Torguard has multiple types of dedicate IP services (regular, streaming, residential). While the prices look high, they offer massive discounts for BF and other times especially if you get multi-year. The deal I used a couple years ago was 3 years including 2 streaming IPs and a mini-router.

Oh! I just realized my PIA subscription is still active! I got a super cheap multi year subscription over a year ago and forgot about it because I've always used the Mullvad addon for Tailscale. It looks like I can add 3 more years of PIA for 70 euros and if I include the static IP it's another 2.50 euros per month, so a total of 160 euros for 3 years. Is this the best deal? At the moment I pay 5/mo for the Mullvad addon for Tailscale plus 2.5e/mo for a small VPS for the static IP, so it's 270 for the same 3 years.
So far PIA seems cheaper than the other options you guys have mentioned. Anything else worth checking out?
I think I'll go with PIA since I have a year and a half left in the existing subscription so it's cheaper for me now. Sorry for the trouble!
your tietokettu vps has a static ip!
In BF time that is 5-7 VPS (assuming you can find deals 7-10 euros/y) and you can use them all by yourself, no blocked ips from vpn no speed throttling etc .. Dedicated ip from VPN provider is a no go for me, it can be blocked really fast..
If it helps, you can use PIA as a Tailscale Exit Node and save on the Mullvad subscription. It's a bit involved, (as in you need to build a docker container from a Dockerfile and setup your Wireguard config manually), but it's not that difficult.

Cools. What's about windscribe
I like airvpn.org but I'm not sure on locations
It'll work with any VPN that gives you a Wireguard config file to manually configure the connection, (which I'm 99% sure Windscribe does).
Wireguard with static IP is quite easy. Grab a cheap VPS and install Wireguard VPN using the script from Nyr or from Angristan.
Better off getting a new subscription and using a cashback site to get anywhere between 25%-100% cashback on a new subscription.
Both PIA and NordVPN are 100% cashback on my local site (topcashback AU) which normally means that I end up paying the tax portion of the subscription + any addons I have.
What is the point of the VPN with a dedicated IP? You may as well just use an annual paid VPS and run wireguard from that.
Whitelisting for access to things. Not getting constantly logged out of things.
Why my vps running wire guard server won't do that? Am I missing something?
It will. Your VPS has a static IP.

Just order an VPS in your prefered location, in best case without to expose personal details and install Wireguard.
This is a very installer:

You're arguing for a hat on a hat. Context:
Same as dedicated ip from vpn. Or you can change it at your will ?
