    @PureVoltage I tried opening an account with you folks and placed order 744841292 on Sunday. I heard nothing, so I tried to check the dashboard and it says my IP is banned? Why?

    I was able to send a message using my phone (as my home IP banned) and was told the following:

    Thank you for contacting PureVoltage. I understand this situation can be very frustrating, and I appreciate you reaching out.

    Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific reason your account was disabled. If you would like to submit an appeal, please contact [email protected].

    When submitting your appeal, please ensure you include:

    1) A proof of address document dated within the last thirty (30) days, and
    2) Confirmation that payment for the service will be made via ACH, a confirmed PayPal account, Bitcoin, or USDT.

    Once received, our team will review your appeal and follow up accordingly.

    Aha, yeah, sure. What's the data retention and policies to safeguard PII and Sensitive PII?
