Need Assistance on Singapore Visa LOI (V39A) — Compassion Across Borders

Hello everyone,
My sincere apologies if this post is off-topic for the forum. I understand this may not fall within the usual discussions here, but I’m in an urgent situation and hoping someone might be able to assist.
We need to travel from Bangladesh to Singapore for rack maintenance work at a data center. For the visa application, the Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) is mandatory.
The data center we are visiting cannot help with the LOI because their registered entity is based in the United States, and only a Singapore citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or a Singapore-registered company can issue the V39A form.
We are looking for someone who is eligible and willing to issue the LOI:
- A Singapore citizen, or
- A Singapore PR, or
- A Singapore-registered company
We will provide all required information and supporting documents, including passport copies, company information, visit purpose letter, and anything else needed.
If anyone here can help by issuing the LOI (V39A) for our trip, we would be extremely grateful.
We understand the responsibility involved, and we are prepared to follow every required procedure.
Once again, sorry for posting something slightly off-topic, but we are in a challenging situation and hoping someone in this community might be able to assist.
Thank you in advance!
❤️ Across borders and backgrounds, a little humanity goes a long way — your help could mean the world to us.

Sorry. May I ask one more thing? Would you be willing to pay? I'm asking on behalf of those who are willing to help you.
Might have an easier time finding staff with a passport thats worth something: https://www.passportindex.org/comparebyDestination.php?p1=sg&y1=2025
Or donate $100K to Vanuatu or Nauru to get a passport there
Doesn't the data center have any Singaporean staff? What you're asking for seems illegal – strangers endorsing strangers. The data center should at least try to help endorse your visit or your team's visit for rack maintenance, as they are the only ones who understand the context.

Finding a guarantor would be difficult. They would be responsible financially, if the person mass up in Singapore.
I was held in SG immigration for 7-8 hours (back in 2015) even though I had visited Singapore 3 times before. I was released only when my ex-company had to fax in papers with guarantor/bond.
Hope you find a solution.
