I need a VPS for Wireguard purposes.
RAM: 1GB
Disk: 10GB+
CPU: 2 vCore
Location: SG, IN, US East
Traffic: 1+ Gbps; >= 5TB
Budget: <= $20/y
Most importantly, the IP range should belong to unpopular ASN such that i am not forced to login to access big-tech services (Reddit, Youtube, etc).

Try @HostDZire but I think its pointless to get unpopular asn. Google, Reddit and all others have automated services which flag datacenter ips eventually as you use. I was using a sweden vps for wireguard but google flagged it within 10 days.
I have 2 VPS's from different unpopular ASN, 1 NL (4 months) and 1 UK (6 months) and its been smooth so far.
I will have a look at @HostDZire.
Mind PMing me the UK one.
