    The nodes are mix, But choose the iowa one, you are most likely to get 9334, if not drop a ticket and i will move it to the proper node.

    1) Customers should be able to view their shopping cart without having to create an account first.
    2) All of the items under the “Solutions” NavBar link should just be hidden unless signed in with account (or even better not require login to view them).
    3) Your site is not configured to support www (https://www.rackoona.com/)
    4) It is weird the VPS plan Node 32G does not scale Storage and Bandwidth with other plans cost.
    5) Looking Glass & YABS would be helpful for customers.
    6) I see you have a Privacy Policy, but where is your AUP (Acceptable Use Policy)

    Question do you support letting customers use custom ISO (via user panel or ticket)?

    • We have custom built the platform inspired from digitalocean,vultr and other big companies making it one step solution.

    2) All of the items under the “Solutions” NavBar link should just be hidden unless signed in with account (or even better not require login to view them).

    • Those act as a seo friendly page only.

    3) Your site is not configured to support www (https://www.rackoona.com/)

    • Bandwidth is unlimited (Fair usage) and We have extended the storage on the plans.

    Lastly yes we do allow users to use custom ISO via ticket, soon will be implemented on our panel too to attach iso directly.
