    This isn’t client-impacting, but our main website (including ordering/ticketing system) may be intermittently accessible on Thanksgiving morning, so just a quick FYI to you all :)

    RackNerd's Website and Client Portals will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for backend related improvements at the following timeframe:

    Maintenance Start Date: November 27, 2025

    Maintenance Start Time: 10:00 AM PST

    Maintenance End Time: 12:00 PM PST

    Affected Services: RackNerd Website, RackNerd Client Portal, and SolusVM (NerdVM) Panel

    Scope of Work: We will be implementing backend related improvements/updates to the above services. The frontend of our website and the client area portal may be unavailable for up to 30 to 60 minutes at any point within the above maintenance timeframe.

    Client servers will not be affected, and will remain online.

    If you require assistance during this maintenance timeframe, please e-mail us at [email protected], or submit a support ticket in our client area after the maintenance window is completed.

    We will be moving this status incident to active once the maintenance window commences.

    Hi @noob404 -- they're actually not bad at all for business/work type use. I’ve been using a Surface with a Snapdragon chip for quite a while and it handles day-to-day tasks just fine.

    If you’re planning on running niche apps or anything that’s super x86-specific, that’s where you may want to double-check compatibility. But for general productivity, they do the job quite well.
