The network is down since just after you add IPv6, no SSH, and I can't even ping Google:
I mean, the network is gone for both IPv4 and IPv6; it's not working at all.
Maybe I have to configure netplan, manually? Could you tell me the parameters?

If your VPS is down.. Login to the control panel, Power off your VPS then Power it back on. Both my VPS one in LA and another in NY came back online after doing this. Worth a Try.
