i tried Persistent Windows.. it's soo freaking nice.. imagine you have 3 windows of browser on different displays with certain URLs loaded.. so now you close them, then open again and move to the same displays they were = they will take the size and position they werein b\eore being closed.. this is something i've been suffering with for a while thanks to 1 vertical screen, whenever TV would be turned on or off, the vertical screen would become horizontal for a moment, thus killing the nicely arranged windows where i monitor my stuff... so now not only i can close them and quickly put back without having to arrange and change sizes (like restart when browser eats too much ram), but also they don't even move on TV power on/off.. effing nice!!!

did ctrl+shift+t not re-open them properly? I guess I'm only ever re-opened two browsers windows on different monitors on my desktop but ctrl+shift+t twice re-opened both (with their tabs) on the proper monitor after I restarted (I did have to close the first blank browser window)

I had a doubt. You said you are running 2 GPUs right? When you have multiple monitors, which GPU do you plug into?

    2 GPU
2 monitors each (well, 1 is TV)

I'm trying to help but I know I won't be here for it. Weirdly, I want to take a hot bath before I go to bed. No clue why, I don't hurt and it's not that cold out. Though it's like when I want to drink water, I don't question it (I assume my brain/body is telling me it for a reason)

that just reopens tabs in browser. then you drag those tabs where windows were and boom they take shape of what they were before closing, so i don't need to stretch them again on the vertical/portrait screen. THE BEST

oh Ok! I have always wondered how people setup monitors on multi-GPU setup.

close the whole browser window(s), not the tab, then open the browser and try it

It's actually quite common to take a hot bath in winters. I do that. But, someone doing it before bed, that's new to me. Make sure you don't catch a cold. Chef is coming soon.

try one that is stretched to be on both monitors, that one will never be as it was, they tend to reopen to be fully in 1 monitor.. anyway, it's really useful, as it turns out
