30x KVM VPS Bulk Deal – Diverse IPs/Subnets Needed

Hi LowEndTalk community,

I'm building a personal distributed mesh network for testing and monitoring setups using WireGuard and 3proxy as proxies. This is for legitimate personal traffic only – think low-volume endpoint simulations across geographies, no spam, no abuse. Current load on similar setups stays under 10-15% CPU/network at all times; happy to share monitoring screenshots if needed.

Looking for a bulk deal on 30 low-end KVM VPS units. I've already purchased a similar batch from a provider here. Now seeking options from another for risk diversification in my setup. Budget capped at €7/year per unit.

Specs per VPS:
Virt Type: KVM
Cores: 1
RAM: 1 GB
Disk: 20 GB (any type)
Bandwidth: Unlimited or ≥2 TB/month (or fair use equivalent)
Port: 1 Gbps shared
DDoS Protection: Basic yes
IPs: 1 IPv4 per VPS (total 30), with diversity key – at least 4-5 different /24 subnets or C-classes, spread across EU/US locations to minimize IP similarity for testing.

Diverse ASNs/subnets are the main must-have for my testnet routing validation. Open to variations if it fits the budget.
Any providers with stock or custom bulk options? Let's discuss.

    Hello,

Unless you're buying from resellers, you wouldn't find a provider with multiple ASNs. Currently we have 2 subnet classes (one for EU and one for US) with a few more on the way, but the ASN will never be different anyway.

I think the best for your use-case would be using multiple providers? We can hook you up with some VMs for both US/EU, with some of the VMs that you need and then you can get more elsewhere to get the diversity you require?

    Food for thought!

  • 3proxy looklike a nice small c tool.
For wireguard packet DPI bypass, wg-obfuscator is also a nice c tool.

  • there are more valuable network information on multiple providers because each one have his anti ddos rules and tools.
If you speak on the network other than natural tcp ssh or tcp http2 protocol, some ugly things can happen each providers is different, no whitepaper specs.
Full mainline linux litle things like sit, gre, gue, fou tunnel can be dropped without any notice, just because only allow policy

I understand about the ASN (removed from wishes, thank you for pointing this out). The diversity of /24 subnets is the critical part for me, ideally 4-5 total for 30 units. Will you actually have more subnets available later? I would take 10 VPS now (5 on each of your two current subnets) and once a new one is available I will order more. Is that something we could work out?

  • I think you should bump your budget quite a bit. This requires heavy customization for most of the providers here on LET.

You could also go for the big providers and scale across locations, something like OVH, Hetzner Cloud and Contabo. Getting multiple VPSs across multiple locations of these providers should give you, what you want.

You may be right, thank you, but such offers are available here. All that remains is to find a provider who won't be too lazy to manually register the IP four times.

Can you explain a litle bit more because if a new user joinning your mesh network he can be on the same /24 than a previous user. It's not a good point.
From my point of view, /24 is only critical for remote banlist rules so i understand some fears about this.

It's not only setting the IP for the VM, it's also the routing the IPs for the specifc switches/hypervisors/VMs. This is not as easy as it sounds.

To this day I can only think of one reliable provider that I think would do that, but even then the VMs would be priced at 36€/y or higher.

Right now I could only confirm that we should add one by the end of December in the EU location

This is still way too low though, minimum we can work with here is 9-10€/y

We own more than 40 IPv4 /24 subnets and we can assign a few IPs from each subnet to create the VPS instances for you. But the price you proposed (7€ per year) is not realistic for this amount of custom work. If the 7€ is a monthly price, then we can accept the deal.
