    the idea here is that you'll get emailed about it with proper settings "on" which is the fastest way to know, or a phone notification, which can also come from your default email provider..

    But these replies also mention me, thus causing a lot of notifications.

    Yeah I will. But i still have to add storage. My dad has a spare nvme and hdd, but he still has some data on it, so he still has to move that before I can use it.

    I can related though, I do have data on drives I don't consider important but I also would much prefer to copy/move it off a drive before wiping it.

    and i am tired yet refreshed from my 2.5hr 5k steps 1500 cal workout.. but feeling good. i do this every other day when not injured. but skipped whole last week due to neck stiff/broken syndrome

    If it wasn't for my doggo, I'd probably do a lot less steps per day! It's actually on of the major reasons why I let her decide on where and how long our evening walk is! It is funny though how physical activity can make you tired but feel really refreshed!

    yeah them dogs really care for your health. my sister's dog is old and barely walks, so she put a walking treadmill in her NY wish list, which i am planning to get for her.. otherwise was doing 10-15k steps daily..

    me too with this recent injury of something in the back of the foot, i cannot do full throttle HIIT i've been doing for the past year or so, otherwise it's more of a 15k steps per 3hr workout.. now i do a lot of weights and pushups and squats..

    it only works when you have the site open, on top of all other pages and you keep looking at it once in a while, or at least keep it in the side-view mirror...

    time to make my high-sodium Korean ramen... i sweat out so much salt, that until i eat that soup with 75% daily (recommended) supply of sodium - my body is all stiff and achy..
