Yeah, I have a client that is using turbosmtp and apparently it's a big headache. While there's the option of using brevo or other similar services, Crane mail seems like a great opportunity for my client and got myself. Maybe another service that is not that expensive?
The limit can be bumped within reason, you just have to explain it in ticket and what limit you’re after.

Akash isn't a fan of restic due to complexity for end users downloading, but sending off a tarball/zip for a huge archive is also a crappy experience. We have people with 500GB of email, not cloud usage, and making them download 500G every few days isn't doable.

Atleast for me, its not working.
It seems that several users, including myself, are currently experiencing problems receiving emails through NameCrane-hosted email accounts. We have not received any official communication from the company regarding service disruptions. Can you provide an estimated time for resolving this issue? The service was functioning properly before.

Completely different services. You can order a lifetime 500G, but its only mail/cloud, it isn't webhosting/reseller/etc.
