@BasToTheMax Another tip for you. Try to incorporate AI liberally into your workflow, preferrably in the beginning itself. See, you are going to be competing against YouTubers, many of whom who have already integrated heavy AI modes into their workflow using complicated software. So, check your workflow and research into which portions, especially repetitive ones can be automated a bit by using AI, without making it boring.

Tho they are often paid features

Anyone online right now? I am finally done with my work for today. Been an extremely busy day. Will try my best to go to bed early today.

    Eh I'm here!

How many hours left in the office for today?

    2 hours and 15 minutes

Oh great. You can then work freely on the videos and be here from time to time

Should I mainly focus on live streaming and start making youtube content later or should I also work on video content too?

People finding your live content automatically in the beginning might be a bit difficult since yours is a new channel. Instead, if you already had a few videos, people might actually subscribe and then watch your live content. But, since you have already planned to go live first, here is something you could consider - Go live and use that video to snip out important portions or parts you feel could make some good content and maybe upload it as a video with a different script if possible. That way, you might have content for both going live and for long-form videos. Just a tip, maybe avoid doing shorts and long-form together on the same channel, atleast in the beginning.

BTW you can always premake the video and THEN GO LIVE with the mp4 file, just set it t stream it at certain time, which will make it live first.. =)

That's not how it works. People watch live streams because they can chat and interact with the streamer, not to watch a prerecorded video xD

Yah, but, since you already have a good enough CPU at home, there are parts of a video workflow which can be done locally using AI.

Maybe, but that would require external tools, not the ones builtin the video editor itself

Yes, that's why I said, find portions of your workflow that can benefit from AI tools without messing up your video or making it boring.

  • The Great RackNerd Black Friday Frenzy of 2025

The digital world held its breath as the clock struck midnight on Black Friday. In a dimly lit dorm room, computer science student Alex Chen refreshed the RackNerd page for the hundredth time, his cursor hovering over the "$10.60/year" button. Across the continent, small business owner Maria Rodriguez double-checked her shopping cart with three reseller hosting plans, while gaming enthusiast Dev Patel prepared multiple browser tabs for the Wheel of Fortune spin.

    00:00:01 - The Rush Begins

The moment the sale went live, the RackNerd servers hummed to life as thousands of orders flooded in. Alex's fingers flew across the keyboard, securing a 2.5GB VPS in Toronto for just $18.66 - perfect for his AI research project. "Got it!" he shouted, immediately pasting his order number in the forum comments: "#RN2025BF-7421 - Double bandwidth please!" Within seconds, his 3000GB bandwidth doubled to 6000GB.

    00:15:00 - Community Spirit

The forum thread exploded with activity. User "HostingHustler" posted screenshots of their successful Wheel of Fortune spin - an extra 15% off their entire cart. "Next 5 comments get a free upgrade to 8GB RAM!" announced the RackNerd moderator, sending the thread into a frenzy. Maria barely had time to process her successful reseller hosting purchase when she saw her username tagged - she'd won a free year of their premium 200GB shared hosting plan.

02:30:00 - The Wheel of Fortune Fever

Dev's heart raced as he finally reached the front of the virtual queue for the Wheel of Fortune. With a deep breath, he clicked "SPIN." The wheel danced across the screen... 25% off! Combined with the Black Friday pricing, he scored an 8GB VPS with 20TB bandwidth for less than $50. "This is insane!" he typed into the chat, instantly getting congratulated by fellow users.

    The Human Element

Between the amazing deals, personal stories emerged. A user named "StartupSam" shared how last year's $10.60 VPS helped launch his now-thriving e-commerce site. "From broke student to 6-figure revenue, all thanks to RN's affordable hosting," he posted, including a screenshot of his latest traffic stats.

    The Big Wins

As the day progressed, the excitement built toward the main event. The community watched in awe as the first Samsung QLED TV winner was announced, followed by gasps when "HostingMom23" won both the MSI gaming laptop and the Synology NAS. "I was just here for the $10 hosting," she posted, "now my kids are getting the best Christmas ever!"

    The Aftermath

By week's end, the numbers were staggering: over 50,000 orders processed, bandwidth doubled for 32,000 customers, and more than 500 surprise giveaways completed. Alex had his AI project up and running, Maria launched her hosting business with three clients already signed up, and Dev was streaming his gaming sessions in 4K from his new VPS.

As the community counted down to the YouTube winner announcement on December 12th, one thing was clear: RackNerd hadn't just sold hosting packages - they'd created a global event where everyone, from students to entrepreneurs, could find their perfect tech solution at prices that seemed too good to be true.

In the end, it wasn't just about the incredible deals or the flashy giveaways - it was about the community that formed in those frantic hours, the friendships forged in the comments section, and the dreams that became achievable because for one day, enterprise-grade hosting was within everyone's reach.

And somewhere in San Francisco, the RackNerd team was already planning for Black Friday 2026.
