I need a dedicated server in Germany with the following specifications:
CPU: 8 cores or higher
Traffic: 1 Gbps, unlimited
Network port: 10 Gbps
Price: Max 100$ per month
Main requirement:
The datacenter must sell dedicated servers only, and there must be absolutely no sign of VPS sales on their website.

The standard offers they have don't fit your specs, but drop them a message, they're incredibly helpful. But in your budget you probably will be stuck with a 6c/12t Ryzen 5.
They don't offer VPS or anything like that, but they do sell webhosting.
Edit: But the belong to 1blu which does sell cloud services and is part of your.online
Hey, we could do some plan that fits your needs, but we do also sell VMs on https://loclix.io/ so there's that.
I think you should check out https://zare.com/ they have only been doing bare metals since a few years now. Though you might need to talk with them and ask about your requirements because the pricing through the website might not be ok for you out of the box.
They're usually pretty helpful.
