We use Cloudflare so it might think your a bot and its blocking your connection. I have adjusted some rules and everything seems to be working as it should be.
When you reach the bandwidth limit the server is port throttled, once the remaining month (from server purchase date) has passed the bandwidth will be reset and full speeds will resume.

I reviewed your Terms and Conditions (https://veloxmedia.co.uk/terms-conditions/#terms) but did not find any specific clauses regarding a Fair Use Policy (FUP). Could you please clarify your policy regarding acceptable hardware resource usage (such as CPU/Disk I/O) and network bandwidth usage?

This is one of the slowest carts I've ever experienced. This has serious Virmach vibes where you're waiting multiple minutes for a page to load, unsure if you'll be kicked back to the start of the order, or if I'll forget about an order at checkout because it has taken so long.
One of the worst first impressions of a LET host so far (slow cart, slow control panel, 700ms VPS ping times that doesn't allow remote access to login, etc). Time to find out what kind of support they have.
