Where are you located and what times are you usually available?

  • @NetDynamics24 Thank you in advance! I currently work as an IT freelancer and mostly do remote support and writing jobs.

I wish to get into the hosting industry, either as tech help or in another role.

I can manage my own email server (I have been my own sole email provider for over three years), tech blog (Ghost), etc.

However, I do not have any coding experience.

Do you think I should familiarize myself with panels like cPanel, DirectAdmin, etc.? I used to host and use HestiaCP, but I eventually switched to standalone server software.

I aspire to be someone who manages the managed servers for clients. [I see these services are so expensive, so I assume that is where the labor is?]

For starters, any tech support work would be fine.

I don't mean to interject, and I feel bad for asking, but I'm open to any work you have for me to gain experience in the hosting industry or related fields. [Of course, unpaid.]
