    yes i will.. but right now i am sooo hungry.. every morning i hunger waiting for noonish time to finally eat.. intermittent fasting. allows me to eat all i want, well, you know, healthy food but volume is unlimited, i like to eat food. =) but then i can also drink hard liqueur in the eating period without big consequences of empty calories.. i don't often do it, but sometimes i do enjoy a stiff one..

    I tried intermittent fasting last year. Failed, I am too much of a foodie.

    that's the point.. during several hours a day you can be straight up gobbling up anything in sight... i am serious, sometimes my dinner adds 2-3kg to my weight.. lots of water before, no water during meal. but for 1st meal i only do like 6 eggs sunny side up and a bunch of various fruit and sometimes nuts like Pistachios or similar..

    I don't think that's doing you any good. Fasting for a whole day and then eating everything in vicinity the next, you are going to end up confusing your body and digestive system.

    i've been sporting same body mass for the past 2 years.. and i eat like a pig sometimes, not dirty or disgusting, just a lot.. it is healthy food though, so you know.. doing double good. eating lots of vegetables and as much as i want. i used to we roughly 1/3rd heavier than i am now. and that was back when i'd skip meals cause in the coding spree or something, and then eat once a day, like a super-strong intermitter, but instead i was just getting bigger and bigger,. anyway IF changed my life, i can eat all i want and i remain at the normal mass level for my height.. just 5 years ago i'd hate summers cause all t-shirts would look funny on me.. =)

    I am gonna check my work tomorrow and use that to extrapolate an average time duration that I have spent on those comments.

    i wanted you to skip sleep. me - i am not doing it.. unless i need to be up on last day of the engagement contest, then i may be do some sleepskipping.. otherwise i am in bed at 11pm, no questions, no votes, nothing will change that.

    I kind of tried last year but then I got knock out of placing and then I got distracted. This year, I also got a new toy (the 3d) so I'm scared something similar will happen :joy:

    Yah, it does require complete focus though, I agree. And I totally get the 3d distraction.even I would have had issues focusing on the thread if I had that 3d with me.

    noooo.. i only eat 11:30am till 6:30pm. that's what it's all about. you make up a period of time for yourself and only eat during that time. the shorter it is - the better, but i don't force myself that way.. 7hrs to eat is best IMHO, cause by the 2nd and last meal the 1st has descended into the guts and stomach is empty and ready for the evening meal. people do 6hrs or even 4hrs, i cannot, i do not wanna eat so soon, but 7 is the sweet spot for me.. the main part is not to eat when you wake for a few hours, cause it's then your body starts digging into fats for sustenance.. best way to lose fat. that and HIIT. and technically you eat all you want, any foods you want. well, within reason, of course
