How can I transfer the balance from my Cloudvider account to another account?
Has anyone else encountered this issue? The situation is that I have a credit balance ($100+) on Clouvider that was created after I received a refund for services. The issue is that this service is not suitable for my needs due to its high cost. Can anyone advise me on what to do? Or can @Clouvider representatives help me here on LET? The thing is, I already created a ticket and received a negative response, but there is no mention of this in the ToS.

Clouvider may not be particularly concerned about your “exposure”, but there's still a chance they will grant your request as a gesture of goodwill to their customers. Best of luck.
