    Okay, so I did just re-read it. It goes from you saying you want another server and wanted to know if I can give you some upgrades, etc., then it goes to you asking for a refund. Also, for what server? So it's still unclear whats needed?

    We don't do refunds on the VPS. However, I look at every situation. If I misspoke or something and didn't communicate something correctly, I am always here to clear it up.

    I didn't want any modifications on LA server . NY server was my second one . I was looking for extra ram on NY . I was promised 1 gig extra but after payment that 1 GB extra wasn't available to add so that's why I asked for refund on my second VPS NY. LA is working beautifully since then. I don't want any modifications on LA. Hope this clears up.

    EDIT : After a check, not working anymore. Like last time : Server is pinging fine but not admin pannel or ssh
    My god it's very hard to make something usefull with this vps.
    My other LA vps always fine since the beginning of the plan, just now he get a boost 30% performance on cpu benchmark. My litle finger said i 'm not alone down on the rack.

    Action Failed The VPS failed to start

    When the admin pannel itself don't work, run run run i can't even stop the vps, bocken vps still pinging online ahah

    NO, a dead vps is not look good, yeah? I regret my time used on tickets for absolutely zero result (few days working is not enough). A faillure event can happen, no problem with that but twice in less than 15days, this is no go.
    Even a 5€/yr dasabo is 1000% more reliable, or even a 11$/yr from ravnix.
    This is bad, no joke hoppefully only 7$ loss
    7$ for few days is the more expensive vps i rent, bravo

    Thank you very much for the order, and being the 1st customer who did the three year plan. :) Currently I do not have that fully set up, but I do have plans to have it upgraded in the future so customers can just purchase directly from the website and it automatically deploys. How much RAM or CPU were you looking to add?

    I've noticed that you usually double the vCPU and RAM in your responses.
    I might be a bit greedy, but would it be possible to significantly increase the RAM—doubling the doubled value to achieve a 4x increase?
    As for the vCPU, doubling is enough.

    If that’s not feasible, the standard doubling solution is already perfect, and I’m still very grateful.

    You're very welcome. Always glad to help when we can. So I would not be able to double both. I can definitely double the CPU. However, the only issue is the node you are on right now. I would not be able to do that. I am setting up right now three more in LA. If you want to hit me up in two to three days, we can spin up a new one for you on the new ones if thats cool? I can add the extra core for you. Ideally, please have no data so we do not have to do a transfer :) Just makes things a little bit more simple. Let me know. Thank you!

    As for choosing between CPU or RAM, I’m more inclined to double the RAM.

    Nothing is working. SSH (never connects). VNC (ends after launching with panic). Did several reinstall with different OS. Removed firewall rules. Pingtool.org not able to reach servers. Tried everything. Not happy.
