yeah, could be many different reasons, that's why I'm not saying it's one way or another because it could really be either.
it begs a BIGGER question..
but think about it.. it is literally impossible to snag acceptable servers for $10-11 each.. for a whole year.... the closest i've come to that was IONOS $2/month, still like 135%+ more expensive.. unless you threaten to shut it off, then get $1/month and still more expensive than here. then again i doubt many Asians have the ability to buy USA/EU based servers, could be to avoid their big firewall or whatever they call it.. could be legit..
