German VPS with Low Latency to Iran
Hello,
I am looking for a VPS located in Germany with very low latency to Iran.
My requirements are:
1 or 2 vCPU cores
1 or 2 GB RAM
Unlimited traffic
No (or high) bandwidth limit preferred
Maximum budget: 9 EUR per month
Please include a test IP address so I can check the ping and network quality from my own server in Iran.

Hi,
I guess pretty much anyone from Germany would have the latency as low as physically possible, unless there's some weird "unnecessary" routing around but that's another topic.

Thanks. I tested both of your IPs, but the ping was around 85 ms.
I need something closer to 68–70 ms.
What is the range of low latency for you?
Here are some tests I did with a few german hosts

xTom seems to be the better option.
Do you have a test IP?
@philipjensen [affordable bytes] has like 68.*ms on average
EDIT: Also @tarisu 's [tarisu] vps has an average of 38ms if u're ok with Turkey
