Any reviews/experience with AlbaHost?
Hey,
I’ve come across a provider called AlbaHost and I’m considering buying from them, but I don’t know much about them.
Has anyone here used AlbaHost before?
- How is their network and uptime?
- How is support response time?
- Any issues with billing or refunds?
Would really appreciate any honest feedback or reviews before I move forward.

@AlbaHost is awesome, can't really express how good of a team they are. They really go way beyond when trying to help you. Been using them since 2023
Since my review a while ago, the only thing that ever took anything offline was planned maintenance, and they always give a heads-up via email and their status page.
Their network depends on what location you choose. Basic (Warsaw) is Mevspace, Advanced (Frankfurt) is active1 or dataforest and Premium (Eygelshoven) is SkyLink.
Billing-wise, never really faced any issue or asked for a single refund, so can't tell you. But they're good people
I'm sure it can get worked on if something happens.
Have had a good experience as well with albahost, they are good people.
