Question About Using OVH/Kimsufi for Torrenting on Private Trackers

Hi,
I’d like to ask whether OVH/Kimsufi servers are suitable and allowed for torrenting on private trackers. I’m planning to use the server without a VPN and want to make sure this won’t cause any issues with your policies.

Im using one for a public tracker. You can even use your home connection for private ones.
Half of the world's seedboxes are OVH or Hetzner.
Most companies will allow you 1 abuse warning, so there's little risk in trying.
You’ll be fine almost everywhere if it’s private tracker. Different story if you use public tracker.
Mentally strong people only use pubic tracker.

They send you the first few notices then leave you alone from my experience.

In 2025 95% of seedbox vendors have their servers hosted in the Netherlands.
IMOH, this would be the order as per current scenario based on observation across multiple torrent swarms for most private trackers.
1.Netherlands (Leaseweb,Evoswitch,WorldStream,Interxion,Equinix,Novoserver,Maincubes,Nforce,etc)
2.Germany (Hetzner, Netcup.Contabo)
3.France (Ovh, Scaleway,Oneprovider,etc)
4.Finland (Hetzner,Pulsemedia)
5.Canada /USA (Datapacket,Leaseweb)
6.Singapore (Datapacket,Leaseweb)
OVH used to rule back in the day but the story is quite different today.
i'm closest too singapore, so should i bother with other netherlands/germany for private trackers. will be there too much difference in torrenting or any noticeable delay in accessing files from those locations?
I'm yet to see a provider NOT allowing private trackers.
It only matters if you are "racing" in some competitive tracker with plugins like autodl-irssi to become first seeder on every new popular torrent.
Otherwise it doesent matter where your seedbox is located in.
