Does anyone know of a provider that is using Softlayer's "Redundant Power" servers to host virtual private servers on a 10Gbps uplink?

Very true, didn't think about that. I asked Softlayer and they said they can't offer that on a cloud server.
ServerCrate is in Dallas and they offer 10Gbps VPSes for a decent price

ServerCrate is run by a kid that has a dark history. Good luck to you if you put anything sensitive/critical on your server there.
Going to pair it with a server at Limestone in Dallas to use as a filter to absorb attacks under 10Gbps so they don't reach my server.
