    Hi @VeryProServerDude -- NYRN285KVM did experience a few hiccups this past week, and I do apologize for any inconvenience. That’s already been addressed, our on-site team completely swapped the motherboard on that node last night, so you should see stable performance from here.

    Just to put things into perspective: given our size/scale, this is one single hypervisor out of thousands of physical HV's/nodes that we operate. The overwhelming majority run for years without so much as a reboot. In any large hosting environment, occasional quirks on an individual machine can happen (that’s just how hardware behaves at scale), but it’s not representative of the overall experience.

    Being responsive is important, and that’s something we’re very consistent about. We always have real human eyes on things, and most issues are addressed within minutes. Whenever something does require attention, we’re very transparent about it and update our status page quickly (even for things most clients wouldn’t notice or for issues that aren't service-impacting).

    So to answer your question, I wouldn’t read too much into one node having issues -- not exactly a pattern, and certainly not typical of our fleet.

    For shame, Dog is more important than phone

    hehe, it was only in the off leash area and she was on her "chase a bunny" and sniff routine, not a "hey lets play!" so I basically didn't exist at the moment. Though shortly after the post, she went to the gate like "ok, lets continue our walk now" which we did. :)

    Jessie (the dog) will always come first in 99.999% of situations. Oh, one of my dartnode hosts I use as an admin host, I actually named jessie because it's in Houston, TX and when I went to register her chip, it was to a shelter there so I figured it was a sign :smile:

    me and him got out times askew.. living on the different times completely. i go sleep in about 3hrs from now. he wakes up an hour or two before that. we crossfire twice a day, but them we operate alone as well for long times.. that's why he keeps running away from me. today i was not able to catch up to him completely. last 3 days i was kinda breathing right behind him.. not today sir-eee...

    Overload, it's a spiritual successor to a mid 90s game called Descent. The community uses a mod with multiplayer improvements on it which several of the servers are actually hosted on RackNerd!
