Due to our investors’ consolidation of computing resources, we will discontinue all VPS operations on November 15, 2025 (GMT). VPS services under the Upstream Network and ZHNET brands will end on the same date. Our LIR services will continue; if you need assistance, please contact us via email.
Please complete your data backup and migration by November 14, 2025 (GMT). Refunds for any remaining VPS service time will be processed in two phases:
Refunds via the original payment method: Processing will begin on November 14 and be completed within three (3) business days.
Refunds not eligible for the original payment method: We will open a support ticket to discuss and arrange your refund.
In light of current market and economic conditions, we have made this decision after careful consideration. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
