    I must be on that same boat - happened after I spent hours working on a site and before daily backups ran. I had moved the site from a previously relatively stable (Virmxxx) server, so it's very concerning.

    Hey man, you definitely didn’t read the Terms of Service carefully.
    Not receiving a reply from Dedirock in this thread saying ‘Congratulations, you got double bandwidth and IPv6’
    is definitely not on the list of refundable items in the Terms of Service.

    Dedirock may have accidentally overlooked your reply.

    Thank you very much for the order, and being the 1st customer who did the three year plan. :) Currently I do not have that fully set up, but I do have plans to have it upgraded in the future so customers can just purchase directly from the website and it automatically deploys. How much RAM or CPU were you looking to add?

    IPv6, received. Just re-tested pinging Google's IPv6 and it was successful.

    The fly in the ointment is that the IPv6 location is in Kansas, not in LA. In addition, after testing, the IPv6 connection fails on YouTube, TikTok, Disney+ (IPv4 fails on this one too), and Amazon Prime Video (APV). YouTube even determines my location to be in CN (China).

    Still, I am very grateful for dedirock's generosity.
