I’ve decided to proceed with the purchase(Cranemail),
but the status is still showing as pending.
I opened a support ticket and was informed that it was outside business hours. I waited until business hours resumed, but it’s still pending. I’m not sure how long it normally takes.
from my experience, they will process your order in work hours. Noted that If you pay via Paypal, your account information (email, address, name) will need to match between Paypal and NameCrane account. They will change it themself when handling your ticket.

I would love to see doubling of shared hosting resources. It means NameCrane tries to keep up with technology and retain customers over the long run by not letting plans become obsolete. Congratulations on such thinking!

How's your experience sending mass emails? I read I could do 600 per hour per domain. How's your real experience so far? Thanks
not as such. they've bumped cranemail domains, and they might bump resources cpu/ram for shared/reseller. that can be said a BF treat
I send around 100 a day. not much. 600/hour might be for mass/transactional emails.
