Looking for truly unmetered 1Gbps (no throttling) server recommendations
Hi,
I'm looking for a truly unmetered server with 1Gbps full speed and no throttling / no fair-usage limit.
Budget can be flexible, but I prefer something reasonably priced.
Use case is high-bandwidth passthrough streaming (no transcoding).
Any reliable providers you can recommend?

What location?
Singapore or Hongkong would be ideal, but the US or Europe is also fine.
Check OVH, Reliablesite (US only), and Datapacket.
Do you have any recommended OVH resellers?
And would it be possible to cover our needs with Hetzner or LeaseWeb instead?
For OVH, there's andy10gbit but he does business all on discord. Hetzner will ban you if you use 1 Gbps 24/7.

Can you please confirm if the 1Gbps unlimited bandwidth is truly unmetered with no hidden limits, no fair-usage throttling, and no speed cap?
I mentioned that the limit is at 1.5Gbps for Tiran-3!
I didn't know hosts were still fair using 1Gbit unmetered. It seems like the standard now.

There are still providers that give less than 1 Gbps unmetered (looking at you, OVH and Scaleway). As prices for 10 Gbps unmetered continue to fall, I think we'll start to see 1 Gbps unmetered with no FUP become the standard unless they want to lose to the competition.

Or lenient FUP. Nobody on the planet can guarantee no congestion, even up to the edge of their own network. All networks rely on a reasonable mix of traffic flow and will break if everyone is sending their max rate to the same peer. FUP exists to prevent such scenarios.
