    BF/CM 2025 Updates:

    • Infrastructure Update: We are pleased to confirm that our Utah rack is up and running. However, to manage costs effectively during the current hardware price hike, Turin is regrettably not available this time as previously promised. We will be utilizing Genoa for now.

    • EU Stock Availability: We anticipate plenty of stock for our EU customers, as we have recently added a lot of resources in that region.

    • Promotional Details: Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday event will officially run from November 28 to December 2. We will also feature a few "warming-up" days starting next week, Monday through Thursday. More detailed campaign information will be sent out via email at that time.

    • Location Change Policy: Starting next week, we will support location changes for promotional plans for a fee. This service is limited to available resources and transfers within the same country/region (e.g., IIJ <-> Softbank in Japan, SG DC 1 <-> Singapore DC2, USA <-> EU). We will update our Terms of Service (TOS) with more details soon.

    Hopefully the location transfer policy is applicable for flash sales. I wanted to get some NY VPS, but they weren't available during the sale.

    During our previous sale last year, we experienced a flood of support requests because customers waited to request top-up invoices until after their orders were placed. Therefore the top-up bonus event will end prior to the Flash Sale dates this year to ensure smoother order processing.

    You can take backup of the data on one VM and submit a ticket now to have it recreated on a different node.

    Interesting, I thought the 1111, 2222, 1212, etc. plans were "promotional." They were available for the full week during the birthday sale. I thought the flash sale plans were the ones with limited quantity in the thread (the ones that usually disappeared in seconds).
